Overview
Teachers in Saudi schools are evaluated each year against a set of performance items, from preparing and carrying out the learning plan to varying assessment methods and engaging with parents. Each item needs evidence (شواهد).
In most schools, teachers assemble that evidence by hand at the end of the year, and Heads of Department have no easy way to see gaps early.
